Qualifications and Vetting
A candidate considered for NxtWork should be a demonstrated leader in her field with the proven experience, advanced education, and personal integrity that live at the core of every senior leader.
The following criteria are intended to be used as general guidelines.
- Prospects are accomplished and innovative women+ in executive roles or similar positions.
- They have at least 15 years of management or senior leadership experience.
- They hold advanced degrees.
- They use their positions to encourage a corporate culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Candidates must provide at least 2 letters of recommendation:
- – 1 by a direct woman+ mentee and 1 from a mentor or supervisor
- OR
- – 2 letters written by any combination of 1 mentee, 1 peer, or 1 supervisor.
- Their compensation packages are aligned with the impact and visibility of their roles and responsibilities. The annual base compensation of a NxtWork candidate typically exceeds $250,000.
- They demonstrate commitment to active participation in NxtWork activities and support the careers of their fellow NxtWork members.
- They must be recommended by at least two active members of NxtWork.
- They have attended at least one NxtWork event per calendar year and have met with at least one NxtWork founder.
