Our Story

In February 2020, our founders began hosting monthly gatherings of high-performing leaders from across their professional networks.

The goal: to foster a community built on shared knowledge, support, and opportunity.

By the summer of that year, the group’s work took on new urgency. While many companies pledged to build more inclusive and representative leadership teams, real progress remained elusive—especially at the senior level.

NxtWork was created to move beyond good intentions and enable meaningful, measurable change through connection, access, and action.
