To build a diverse senior leadership team for the future, corporate leaders today must develop an intentional recruitment, retention, and elevation agenda for Black executive talent. In this session, we convene top executives and diversity experts to recommend and design a comprehensive plan to position Black professionals for long-term advancement—from entry-level jobs to C-suite roles—within their organizations, including leadership selection and succession processes; mentorship access; and accountability metrics.
