Ms. Veselina Dinova is a professional faculty at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. She has taught core and elective courses in Accounting and Finance with the Full-time, Evening and Weekend, and the Executive MBA programs. She has also taught customized online and in-person courses with corporate clients of the Berkeley Executive Education. Veselina serves as a mentor with SkyDeck – UC Berkeley’s premier startup accelerator and incubator program. Prior to joining Haas’ professional faculty team, Veselina worked in corporate treasury, most recently with Yahoo! in Sunnyvale, California.
Veselina’s expertise is in corporate financial statement preparation and analysis, financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting, financial risk management, stock valuation and corporate governance.
Veselina is originally from Bulgaria and came to the US to attend business school; she completed her MBA degree at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. She is a CFA charter-holder and a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.”
