KRISTA SATTERTHWAITE
Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Technology General Management Executive

Krista is a technology business leader with 24 years of experience across operations, product and services strategy, quality, marketing and Go-to-Market.  She is the Senior Vice President and General Manager leading Hewlett-Packard Enterprise’s (HPE’s) $10 billion Mainstream Compute business with a team of 200 employees.  Krista has a proven track-record of driving results including creating a new category of servers that grew from zero to a multi-billion dollar annual run-rate business. Krista also serves as a Board Member for H3C.  H3C is an HPE Joint Venture Company located in China with a market-leading portfolio (#1 in networking and a leader in servers and storage).

In 2019, Krista was named one of Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Women in Corporate America.  She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), a national organization comprised of Black CEOs and senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies.

Fostering a positive culture of inclusion is one of Krista’s passions.  She currently serves on the HPE CEO’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council where she is a member of the Career Advancement Committee.  Krista is the executive sponsor for HPE’s Black Employee Network and has coached and mentored hundreds of HPE women, Black, and Hispanic employees through mentoring circles, roundtables, presentations and 1:1 sessions.  In 2021, she was awarded the HPE Black Employee Network’s Legacy Award for her contributions.

Krista’s collaborative style is instrumental in aligning teams to drive business results.  She is frequently asked to engage in HPE’s most complex customer and business issues.  In 2021, she was nominated by her peers and received HPE’s annual “We Before I” Elly Award for her exceptional collaboration across multiple HPE business units, customers, and external partners.

In addition to her HPE responsibilities, Krista is the Co-CEO of Raspberry Realty, LLC; a multi-million dollar real-estate company.  She provides Strategic, Financial and Governance oversight while her Co-CEO runs daily operations.

Krista received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.  She also completed the Rice University Certified Financial Planning Course.
