We are starting strong in 2024! In just a few short weeks, two board positions were referred to us and we were able to recommend six incredible women, four of whom have moved along in the recruitment process. None of this would have happened without the collective effort of our community that quickly mobilized to make sure women in their network knew and could take advantage of this opportunity.
To us, this shows that when we stick together and wear our NxtWork affiliation with pride, each individual contribution multiplies our impact!

A simple sentence, like “[Name] is a proud member of NxtWork, a non-profit dedicated to diversifying companies’ Boardrooms and C-suites” can go a long way and lead to serendipitous but important connections.
