Join Our Internship Program!

NxtWork’s internship program is an opportunity for students–both undergraduate and graduate–who are interested in gender and racial equity to join a dynamic organization dedicated to advancing women’s voices in the corporate world. The program, which is completely remote, combines an initial period of intensive training, followed by independent work under the guidance of a mentor. It is a good fit for students interested in expanding their grant writing and online communication skills, including social media and who are interested in exploring early-stage non-profit management. Previous experience is a plus but not required, although students will need to show a sincere drive to learn under the guidance of a mentor. 

Interns will have the opportunity to join a network of women who are leaders in sectors like cybersecurity, marketing, finance, healthcare, non-profit management and many more and are invited to all NxtWork events. These sessions provide an invaluable opportunity for program participants to interact with leading experts in many industries.
