Erica Moore-Burton is an attorney and award-winning legal recruiter. She is the Founder/President of Round Hill Legal Search, Inc. and has worked successfully in the Los Angeles legal market since 1999. Round Hill was established in 2015, after she served in executive and leadership roles at some of the nation’s largest legal search firms.
Ms. Moore-Burton served as the Vice-President of Relativity Legal Solutions, the Executive Director for Special Counsel; one of the nation’s largest legal search firms, and the Branch Manager for Robert Half International; a Fortune 500 company. She was born and raised in the United Kingdom, where she obtained her law degree before moving to the United States and embarking upon a professional career.
During her time in the United States, she has grown to establish herself as an expert within her field, and has been called upon by many publications and organizations for strategic career advice (Credits include Sales Ladders, Career Builder.com, msnbc.com; CNBC.com, Womensinfo.com, igrad.com, Legal Assistant Today, BIG Law, LAPA Reporter, and the ALA Legal Exchange). Ms. Moore-Burton was named by the Los Angeles Business Journal; Women Making a Difference, as a finalist in the ‘Rising Star’ category, and has been the recipient of numerous awards for her sales and leadership achievements, including being awarded membership to the prestigious One Million Dollar Club at Robert Half International.
She was recently recognized by the California State Senate (October 2020) for her leadership role in acting as a strategic advisor to minority entrepreneurs in the entrepreneur program at the Dr. Yasmin Davidds Leadership Institute; in partnership with the USC Marshall School of Business. As a small business owner, she has been able to generate and grow her boutique firm to close to $2M in annual revenues in five years.
